Quality Inspection Process

Quality inspections are the cornerstone of trust on AXK Network. Only users with the Quality Inspector role can create inspections.

Creating an Inspection

1. Open the Lot you need to inspect.
2. Click New Inspection from the Lot detail page.
3. Record grade, moisture content, defect percentage, and other commodity-specific parameters.
4. Upload supporting photos if needed.
5. Submit — the inspection result is permanently linked to the Lot.

Grading Standards

Grading standards are configured by your cooperative admin based on international commodity standards (e.g., SCAA for coffee, ICCO for cocoa). Contact your admin to view the configured grading scales.
