How Transport Bidding Works

The transport bidding system creates a competitive marketplace for logistics services.

For Shippers (Requesting Transport)

1. Create a Transport Request specifying origin, destination, commodity, weight, and deadline.
2. Published requests are visible to all verified logistics operators.
3. Review incoming bids — compare price, timeline, and operator ratings.
4. Accept the best bid to create the assignment.

For Logistics Operators (Bidding)

1. Browse open Transport Requests in the Logistics workspace.
2. Submit a Transport Bid with your price, vehicle details, insurance coverage, and estimated timeline.
3. If selected, you'll receive notification and shipment details.
