AXK - Role-Based Access Control

How Permissions Work

AXK Network uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure every user sees only the data and tools relevant to their responsibilities.

Permission Levels

  • Read — view records.
  • Write — create and edit records.
  • Submit — finalize records (making them part of the official audit trail).
  • Delete — remove draft records (submitted records cannot be deleted).

Organization Isolation

Data is isolated between organizations. A buyer in Organization A cannot see the internal operations of Cooperative B, even if they share the same platform. Transaction data is shared only between the involved parties.
