Getting Started
AXK Network is the trust layer for global commodity trade. It connects cooperatives, farmers, quality inspectors, exporters, and buyers in a verified, transparent exchange where every transfer, proof, and timestamp is captured — from farm to final payment.
Accounts are created by your cooperative or organization administrator. They'll send you an invitation with your login credentials and assign the appropriate role (Farmer, Inspector, Exporter, Buyer, etc.).
AXK Network supports multiple roles: Cooperative Admin, Farmer, Quality Inspector, Exporter, Buyer, Finance Officer, Insurance Agent, Logistics Operator, and Platform Admin. Each role has tailored workspaces showing only the relevant tools and data.
After logging in, you'll see your personalized workspace dashboard with shortcuts, quick lists, and KPI cards relevant to your role. Use the sidebar to navigate between different workspaces like Farm Management, Trading, Shipping, and Compliance.
Trading & Transactions
The standard flow is: Season Plan → Pre-Harvest Forecast → Harvest Record → Quality Inspection → Lot Creation → Pre-Order or Trade Order → Escrow Contract → Shipment → Payment Release. Each step is verified and recorded.
A Lot is a traceable batch of commodity. Every Lot has a complete custody chain showing each handler from the farm gate to the final buyer, with timestamped verification events at each transfer point.
When a Trade Order is agreed upon, the buyer's payment is held in escrow. Funds are only released to the seller after delivery is confirmed and quality inspections pass — protecting both parties from default.
AXK Network is commodity-agnostic: coffee, cocoa, tea, minerals, grains, and more. Your cooperative admin configures the specific commodities, grades, and measurement units relevant to your supply chain.
Logistics & Shipping
Every shipment includes real-time GPS tracking. Navigate to the Shipments & Logistics workspace to view active shipments on a map, check current status, and see estimated arrival times.
When a Transport Request is created, logistics operators can submit competitive bids. The requester reviews bids based on price, timeline, insurance coverage, and operator reputation before selecting the best option.
Corridors define established trade routes (e.g., 'Rwanda → Belgium' or 'Uganda → Kenya'). Each corridor specifies required export/import documents, customs procedures, and compliance requirements for that route.
Compliance & Verification
The EU Deforestation Regulation requires documented proof that commodities imported into the EU were not produced on recently deforested land. AXK Network's EUDR Compliance Packages automate the collection of farm GPS data, satellite imagery analysis, and traceability documentation.
Verification Events are created at critical points: harvest weighing, quality grading, lot transfers, border crossings. Each event captures who, what, when, where, and the result — creating an immutable audit trail.
ANHUR is AXK's AI-powered analysis engine. It provides automated quality predictions, fraud risk scoring, yield forecasting, and anomaly detection across your supply chain data.
Finance & Insurance
Your Finance Eligibility Profile is automatically maintained based on your trade history, verification track record, escrow completion rate, and repayment history. Lenders use this profile to make credit decisions.
Insurance policies can be attached to Trade Orders and Shipments. When verified events record damage, loss, or delay, claims are automatically initiated with supporting documentation from the platform.
Security & Data
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row-level permissions ensure you only access data relevant to your organization and role. We follow industry-standard security practices.
Critical ownership transfers and verification proofs are anchored to the XRP Ledger blockchain as tamper-proof, permanent records. Only cryptographic hashes are stored on-chain — your raw data stays private.
Yes. All your transaction records, reports, and compliance documents can be exported in standard formats (CSV, PDF, Excel). Navigate to the relevant list view and use the Export function.
